The Limerick Framework for Action is an international framework designed to advance the global health promoting campuses agenda. The Framework was an outcome of the 2025 International Health Promoting Campuses Conference hosted at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Serving as a guiding tool, the Limerick Framework for Action empowers all participating universities around the world to take meaningful steps toward building and sustaining health promoting campuses.
The Limerick Framework for Action serves as the next-generation, practical, and action-oriented roadmap for higher education, building upon the foundational vision of the Okanagan Charter.
